Who will win the assembly elections? Which party will come to power? How is the voter's mood? are frequently asked questions in government offices. From the rank of officer to the lowest employee, he eagerly asked questions to the concerned people. With the answers coming to them, an atmosphere of political analysis was seen in the government offices.
There are no new initiatives at the government level with the Election Code. There is a break in the selection of new beneficiaries and benefit programs related to the schemes that are already in place. As a result, officials and employees in government offices got some rest. As a result, there were discussions about the elections in those offices. If anyone other than the employees goes to the office, the employees have a fun and interesting discussion saying, "Who will win?"
This is the third assembly election after the formation of Telangana. BRS (TRS at that time) came to power twice in a row... now for the third time too, it started campaigning ahead of everyone, expressing the same confidence in winning. Assessing the voter turnout in government offices, welfare schemes, beneficiaries, voter turnout, etc., have been conducted in the last ten years, and they have made speculative predictions about how the victory will be. Some high officials are also taking part in the discussions taking place in a friendly atmosphere.
Many employees and officials tried to know the election pattern by asking their friends on phones in their own constituencies and constituencies where they worked. Expressing confidence that that party will come to power, some others even started betting together.

ఎన్నికల కోడ్తో ప్రభుత్వ స్థాయిలో కొత్త కార్యక్రమాలు లేవు. ఇప్పటికే అమల్లో ఉన్న పథకాలకు సంబంధించి కొత్త లబ్ధిదారుల ఎంపిక, లబ్ధి కార్యక్రమాలకు బ్రేక్ పడింది. దీంతో ప్రభుత్వ కార్యాలయాల్లో అధికారులు, ఉద్యోగులకు కాస్త విశ్రాంతి లభించింది. దీంతో ఆయా కార్యాలయాల్లో ఎన్నికలపై చర్చలు జరుగుతున్నాయి. ఉద్యోగులు తప్ప మరెవరైనా కార్యాలయానికి వెళితే.. ‘ఎవరు గెలుస్తారు?’ అంటూ ఉద్యోగులు సరదాగా, ఆసక్తిగా చర్చించుకున్నారు.
తెలంగాణ ఏర్పడిన తర్వాత ఇది మూడో అసెంబ్లీ ఎన్నికలు. బీఆర్ఎస్ (అప్పట్లో టీఆర్ఎస్) వరుసగా రెండుసార్లు అధికారంలోకి రాగా... ఇప్పుడు మూడోసారి కూడా గెలుపుపై అదే ధీమా వ్యక్తం చేస్తూ అందరికంటే ముందుండి ప్రచారం ప్రారంభించింది. ప్రభుత్వ కార్యాలయాల్లో ఓటర్ల సంఖ్యను బేరీజు వేసుకుని గత పదేళ్లలో నిర్వహించిన సంక్షేమ పథకాలు, లబ్ధిదారులు, ఓటర్ల సంఖ్య తదితర అంశాలను బేరీజు వేసుకుని గెలుపు ఎలా ఉంటుందో ఊహాగానాలు చేశారు. స్నేహపూర్వక వాతావరణంలో జరుగుతున్న చర్చల్లో కొందరు ఉన్నతాధికారులు కూడా పాల్గొంటున్నారు.
చాలామంది ఉద్యోగులు, అధికారులు వారి సొంత నియోజకవర్గాలు, పనిచేసిన నియోజకవర్గాల్లో స్నేహితులను ఫోన్లలో అడిగి మరీ ఎన్నికల సరళిని తెలుసుకునే ప్రయత్నం చేశారు. ఆ పార్టీ అధికారంలోకి వస్తుందని, మరి కొందరు మరో పార్టీ అధికారంలోకి వస్తుందంటూ ధీమా వ్యక్తం చేస్తూ కొందరైతే ఏకంగా బెట్టింగులకు సైతం దిగారు.
