The festival of votes is scheduled to take place on November 30, 2023, in Telangana. The authorities are taking measures to remove fake votes and add new ones. The process of distributing voter slips to the voters was completed on Saturday. The election staff went door-to-door to deliver the slips. If you haven't received your slip, don't worry. You can download it from the Election Commission website. Simply visit the website and download your voter slip to cast your vote.
What is the benefit of voter slip?
Although we have a voter ID, it's important to understand why we need a voter slip. In our area, there are about four to five polling stations, and we can only vote in one of them. The voter slip tells us which polling booth we should go to, so it's necessary to have it.
When we go to vote, we must bring our voter ID card or an alternate identity card. If we also bring the voter slip, we can vote quickly and easily.

- Go to the Telangana Election Commission website (https://tsec.gov.in/home.do).
- There you will have a voter portal at the top. Click it.
- A new page will open for you. On the left side, there is an option to search voter slips by name. Also, there is another option to download voter slips based on EPIC ID.
You can get your voter slip through these options. When you select the option you have to give details like District, Urban Local Body, Ward, and EPIC number. After giving these you will see voter ID slip. Take a print of it go to the polling booth and cast your vote.
