1. Stick Revenue Stamps wherever provision given on each Form and sign across the stamp.(i.e. From 19 and Form 10C ) and also required employee signature wherever mentioned on the Form.
2. One Cancelled Cheque Required.
3. Write your residence Address and Bank details clearly in PF forms.
4. Don’t take signature from your Reporting Managers on PF withdrawal form.
