Lot of changes occurs in your life during your pregnancy period. Say for example when your 12 weeks pregnant you will be subjected to heartburn which is quite common which occurs due to high quality of progesterone that takes place in your body, but at the same time it may vary from person to person.

One woman can feel mild irritation while another 12 weeks pregnant woman might be bit uncomfortable. When you become 18 weeks pregnancy you will notice that the hunger will get intensified and makes crucial to have right kind of food that is healthy and safe during pregnancy. Foods can be taken with high value in nutrients, sufficient amount of minerals, and vitamins. This not only keeps you healthy but also makes sure that your child develops healthy.
When you are 18 weeks pregnant the major change occur within you is your cardiovascular system. Blood pressure might get reduced when you reach 18 weeks of pregnancy and keep in mind while you take a leap, because this might make you dizzy due to reduced blood pressure. When you sleep, be sure you do it on your side, since if you lie on your back chances is that your uterus may press down on a chief blood vessel and may limit blood flow back to your heart.
